Creation of a fictitious hotel establishment in partnership with the technological solution provider Reservit : The case of Saint-Malo.

The objectives were to : 

  • Understand the players that make up the hospitality industry, their business models and strategies...

  • Study the market and the offers of products and services related to the hotel industry

  • Set up a benchmark of competitors to implement a strategy consistent with its market

  • To implement a product and service offering that is consistent with its market and target clientele

  • Understanding the technological tools dedicated to the hotel industry (PMS, CRS, Channel Manager and Booking Engine) through the implementation of a pricing and distribution strategy. 

  • Understand the issues related to distribution and e-reputation
