Get Up 4 Tourism

Our solution : "The Green Selfie Museum"
In order to fight against the phenomenon of over-tourism in France, and more particularly in the southern region, we decided to set up an eco-responsible selfie museum about 15 kilometres from Marseille. The main landscapes and tourist places known in France such as the Eiffel Tower, Mont-Saint-Michel, the Valensole plateau, the cliffs of Etretat... would be represented inside the museum in various forms (image projection, short videos, boomerang). To liven up the tour, Photo Booth accessories would be made available to visitors throughout the museum as well as a free wifi connection so that they can share their experience on the networks.
This new concept, inspired by the Selfies Museum in Budapest, would be both fun and responsible and would contribute to the reduction of over tourism in France.
The museum would include :
-
A giant wave of garbage in front of the museum entrance to educate visitors
-
Solar panels in order to
-
Rental of recycled selfies poles and cameras
-
Recycling bins inside and outside of the museum
-
Cigarette butt harvesting system at the entrance of the museum*
-
Workshops on good practices to adopt in everyday life
-
Cafétaria vegan
-
Recycled products shop
*For 500g of butts collected 10% discount on the museum entrance ticket.
